I'd like to take a 1/2 - one day cooking class in Vienna (May 25-June 4) Are you aware of any?

Oh--that sounds like so much fun. There are 2 I have heard of, but never actually done, so I cannot speak to the quality of the experience itself. But here you go: Wrenkh Weiner Koch-Salon offers classes in German, French and English.
Zu den Drei Husaren is a restaurant that has offered cooking classes in the past.
