Vienna - Best Western Das Tigra vs. Mercure Zentrum hotels

Anybody stay at either of these hotels and have any comments? Importantly, how was the a/c at these places?

I know that the Mercure chain is very nice. It is part of the Accor group. The Ibis is also a part of that group and we use that in the big cities for the A/C.
