Via ferrata and Hikes Near Granada/Malaga

Traveling to Granada & Malaga from June 26th to July 10th. Am interested in doing a Via Ferrata and hike in/near Granada, Malaga or Ronda. Any suggestions? Are guides suggested? Are routes safe? ALso, I heard about Refugio huts in the mountains? Anyone have information about these? Thanks in advance
