recently returned from France but didn't complete forms re: VAT. Wondering now if there is a way to obtain a form and complete it at this point? I'm thinking of the hotel costs and train costs.

You can't get reimbursed for train and hotel costs. And the forms have to be stamped in France before you leave....so I think you're out of luck.

Just for more clarification - the refunds for VAT returns are for items you buy but do not use in Europe. That's why Norm is right - your hotel and train taxes don't qualify.
