We will be going to Paris first week of June with our twin 13 yr. old boys. Any problems going to a jazz club, restaurant, bar with them? I know alcohol isn't as big an issue, but wanted to double check...

They can enter clubs/taverns/public houses/etc in your company (law No. 91-32 L.85).
Without your (or any other legal guardian's) company it depends on the exact license of the business (same citation).
They won't be served alcoholic beverages (law No. 91-32 L.80).

You know we didn't really try to go to any while we were there. Our boys really just enjoyed the casual, long dinners each evening and then relaxing either wandering our neighborhood or trying to decipher French tv. Sorry I am not able to help more! Enjoy Paris! Our boys want to go back but think we will head to London next.
