I'm sure many have made the journey from Innsbruck to Italy, I noticed there are two highways that basically go in the same direction toward Italy, any recommendations on which one to use. We want to go into Italy for luch and then take the road near Novacella to Lienz as we travel thru the Grossglockner thank you

There is one highway (2 lanes per direction, viaducts, controlled access, 90-130km/h speed limit) only, numbered A13 in Austria and A22 in Italy. The other is a local road that goes through all towns and cities in between, at least doubling your driving time.
