Two Hour Delay in Dijon - any breakfast spot suggestions?

We will have a two hour delay from our arriving train at 6am in Dijon until the rental car office opens. Any suggestions near the train station for breakfast? Thank you!

Hmmm. Not at 6:00 am. I doubt anything would be open that early. There are about 4 hotels just a few minutes walk from the station ... you could try them, but if it is a Saturday or Sunday they probably won't be serving breakfast that early. Can you take a later train?

About a half mile east of where I think the train station is, there's a huge market. Thursday, Friday, Saturday are the main days; maybe Tuesday as well. There are restaurants surrounding the place which, in my experience, are usually open while the market is setting up. Additionally, you can find tons of stuff to build your own breakfast in the market itself. Coffee is everywhere, this is France.

If Norma wanders back, this might jog here memory. She's probably spent more time there than I.

Ed and Norma gave you good advice (Market on Tuesdays too)
There are also shops and cafés in the train station which seem to open early, check this link http://www.gares-en-mouvement.com/commerces.php?gare=fraba&tab=alimentation
There are brasseries close to the station(and to the hotels)like Le Cesar http://www.cityvox.fr/restaurants_dijon/le-cesar_82061/Profil-Lieu
La Concorde on place Darcy near the triumph arch opens at 7am.
You won't starve in Dijon I'm sure! :-)
Welcome and bon appétit!
