I have two web sites, one through global and google and I cannot seem to get radius' website to work on either! I want to order tickets for castles all day tour from Munich, but cannot get step 4 to let me finish my booking? I went to their web site and e-mailed them won't go through! Can anyone help me? I am trying not to call from U.S., I thought of waiting till I get to paris and using computer from there, I won't be in munich till June 13 and will be in Paris on May31. Can I wait to get tickets then? or do you think tour will be booked? Help!

Instead of paying Radius €35 per person (which doesn't even include the castle tour), seriously reconsider just getting on the train (€20 with a Bayern-Ticket for one, €28 for 2-5 people) and going out to Hohenschwangau yourself. It's easy to do by yourself. With the Radius tour, the tour inside the castle is done by castle employees, anyway.
You can reserve castle tickets for €1,80 on the Hohenschwangau Ticket Center website.
