I will be based in Les Baux de Provence for 3 days in mid-September. I would like on one of those days to explore the Mediterranean coastline. Does anyone have any suggestions for places to go that are an easy day trip from Les Baux? I do have a car? I am not looking to go to Marseille.

The only easy day trip that comes to mind is the Camargue, and though that's an interesting place, I doubt it is what you are looking for. (You can walk along the Med, but it's not really a great beach.)
If you have a car you could go to Marseilles, or Casis.

It's a long drive to beaches. I agree the Carmauge is an option but it's not the Riviera. I'd enjoy the towns of Provence instead while you're in Les Baux.
