Just came back from Paris a few days ago- i think your itinerary sounds good. We took the left bank walk in RS book which ends in the luxembourg gardens and loved it-the gardens are beautiufl-you can then go to latin quarter for dinner-it is very touristy and loud, but fun! the neighborhoods around the left bank are charming. (this walk took us all day, however with shopping and eating intertwined)

If you like art, you should go the the Museo d"orsay-beautiful museum.

One of our favorite parts of our trip-is we took a night time bike rid with "Fat tire bike tours"- the tour was 7-11pm at night and included a Seine river cruise (which you really do want to take at night)-it was beautiful to see the sights at night and very fun.

Have fun!

I recommend Versailles and a day trip to Normandy. Both are fantastic sights.

I was thinking of going to the Luxemburgo gardens and then going to the Latin Quarter(not to see everything) just enough and I have read that there are good places at night in that area.

Why? Think is a bad idea??
