My sister and I are thinking of visiting these three countries. Has anyone visited them and is it "doable" in 10 days?...We're thinking of going during the month of April.

Very doable. I would spend three days in Amsterdam, two in Bruges, the rest of the time in Paris. All three are easily reachable by train.

We just did this trip. We flew into Amsterdam and came home from Paris. If this is your first trip I would stay 2 nights Amsterdam, 2 nights Bruges and the rest of the time in Paris. There is so much to see in Paris, and you should allow for time for just walking around, and sitting at the sidewalk cafes and absorbing just being in the most beautiful city in the world.
