I will be visiting the beautiful city of Barcelona but finding a hotel that accomodates 5 people in a room is tough. Does anyone have any suggestions? Also our flight home is early in the morning, does it matter where we stay since we have only 2 days there. Thanks.

We rented an apartment in Barcelona last September. I did notice that some apartments could be rented by the day instead of by the week. We rented through Habitat Apartments but there are tons of rental sites out there with cheaper prices.

The airport is an easy bus ride from the TI at Plaza de Catalunya with early morning connections. There are several good hotels there and you're right in the thick of the action. VRBO rentals also offers options by the night with a little more space.
Three kids, five people, in one hotel room, geeeeez...Vaya con Dios, dude!!!

Thanks everyone, yeah, we have 3 small kids. 2, 4, 6. I just hope that the hotels aren't too picky about having 5 instead of 4 as most hotels don't accomodate 5.
