Traveling from Tegel Airport to Potsdamer Platz

As Brandenburg Airport will not yet be open when we plan on traveling to Berlin in August 2012 would anyone know whether there is public transportation from Tegel Airport to our hotel which is located around Potsdamer Platz. Thanks!!

Carol,
The TXL bus runs from Tegel down Unter den Linden towards Alexanderplatz. You can get off the bus near Pariser Platz and take a short walk or the U-Bahn (I believe it's the U55 line) to Potsdamer Platz. The bus leaves frequently from the main arrival terminal.
