Traveling from Arcos de la Frontera to Marrakesh

I am dedicating a whole day to get from Arcos de la Frontera to Marrakesh. Here's the plan:

Early bus from Arcos to Seville
Bus from Seville to Algeciras
Ferry to Tangier
Night train to Marrakesh

Does this plan sound feasible? The night train leaves at 9:30, but I would like to be at the station to reserve a couchette. Will I make it in time?

Also, I am a woman traveling alone. Any pointers or advice?
