We are looking for a better option than what we have found so far, which is a bus from Hahn to Mannheim & train back up to Worms. Also, does anyone know if the bus station & Train station in Mannheim are at the same location?

Using the Bahn.de website,

it appears that the connection is usually through Mainz. If you click on "Details for all" it shows that the walk from the bus to the train is 5 minutes.

There is a bus line called www.hahn-express.de that stops at a freeway rest station just outside of Worms. So it's a direct bus from Hahn to Worms. You could call a cab from that rest station that takes you to your destination in town...
