I assume you want to go by train. There is a train from the station in Oberammergau to Murnau, where you change to Munich. Going alone, it's about a €17 fare. For €20, a Bayern-Ticket-Single, which you can purchase from the automat at the station, will cover all your travel for the day, including a round trip and any S-/U-Bahn travel in Munich when you get there. For two-to-five people, a €28 Bayern-Ticket will do the same.
