We're considering a trip to Andalusia in Feb. or March and are wondering if this is a bad time to travel weatherwise. Specifically, we're wondering if the mountain roads to the Pueblos Blancos are difficult at this time of year.

Kathy, weather predictions are really hard. I go to Andalusia almost every Jan/Feb for a week. 2 years ago it was really warm, sunny and dry. This year it was rather cold and rainy all the time. If it rains down by the coast it certainly snows in the mountains. Check weather.com for a multi-years statistics on the area.
