You will need to go into Paris and depart from Gare de Lyon. You can take the RER B from CDG to Gare du Nord, transfer to the RER D, and take it to Gare de Lyon. The current fare is €9.25, but there usually is a fare increase around 1 July. For a zoomable map of the RER & Metro system, go here: http://tinyurl.com/6xmvms4. Or you can take Air France bus #4 directly from CDG to Gare de Lyon. Buses run evey 30 minutes. The fare is €17.00 (€15.50 if bought online). Leave Gare de Lyon at 14:23; connect in Basel, Interlaken Ost, and Lauterbrunnen; and arrive at Muerren BLM at 20:51. For detailed timetables, use the German Rail site. You can buy tickets to Basel on www.tgv-europe.com. You've waited too long to get the best discount fare, but if you book today you still can get a Piccolo fare. To keep the site in English and to avoid being bumped to the US Rail Europe site, choose Great Britain as your country of residence. Then choose to stay with tgv-europe.com rather than being bumped to the UK Rail Europe site. Choose France as your ticket retrieval country and print your own tickets. Book Basel-Muerren BLM on the Swiss Rail site. The default fare will be for people who have a half-fare card. When you get to the step in the booking process that shows a half fare box with a check mark in it, uncheck it. You'll have to pay full fare.
