We are arriving late into cog and need to get to our hotel near Norte dame. From what I can tell the rer b line will be closed for construction at that time. I think our only option is the noctilien bus/night bus... I am still not sure how far that bus can take us... Does anyone have any other suggestions? We are trying to travel as cheap as possible!

I would splurge and take a cab. The trip from CDG after 11:00pm is a schlep. If you don't already know right where you are going, and if you are going to be negotiating an unfamiliar system when it's dark, you're tired, and you're loaded with luggage, well... it might just be too much of a scary, dis-spiriting hassle. Others will certainly know just how to navigate the late-night bus system, but if you can scrape together the extra fifty bucks, I think it would be worth it for the ease and comfort of door-to-door service.
