We have an 8 day trip planned in October. We arrive in Barcelona and plan on exploring the city for at least 2 days on the front end of our trip. We can then head north, south or west, and need to end up in Barcelona at the back end. We spent a week exploring Madrid, Sevilla, los Pueblos Blancos, and Granada several years ago and fell under the spell of Spain. Would love to duplicate that experience in the Catalan and perhaps Basque region of Spain - and open to exploring the Basque region of France as well. Any and all recommendations accepted!

Susan - One of the highlights in the region is the village of Cadaquez - relatively short distance from Barcelona and a very scenic place - Check it out - please
