Thalys high-speed train from Paris to Brussels, then Belgian train from Brussels to Bruges. You will get a big discount on the Thalys fare if you buy online about three months in advance - go to raileurope.co.uk assuming you are in the English Cheshire. I believe Thalys is like Eurostar and gives a free connection from Brussels to any Belgian station.

Book your own tickets on Thalys.com: Paris to Brussels then IC local train Brussels to Brugge. I know Belgium has a web site that will give you times and even the track the train is leaving from. I am not sure if Thalys ticket cover Belgium same day travel.

ICE trains leave from all three Brussels stations towards Brugge every half hour.
