I'm thinking about taking some short scenic train rides near NE Spain, SE Spain, and Andorra this summer. I may want to take The Little Yellow Trainto or from Latour de Carol. I may also take a Cercanias btwn Barcelona and Puigcerda. Is there any public transport to/fr Andorra and either of the end points I've cited?

The only public transport into Andorra now consists of buses all the way from Barcelona or from the railway station at L'Hospitalet in France, which is on the French standard-gauge railway line from Latour de Carol to Toulouse. The details are online at http://www.seat61.com/Andorra.htm.
