Bonjour everyone------That's the extent of my best French-------If we should catch a train from the Bayeux area to Honfleur is there a way of getting to LeHavre on Sun. Someone has said that It is probably not possible to catch a bus on Sun.
Also, we are wondering if it is possible to rent a car in the Bayeux area and then drop it off in LeHavre?

When we were there last month, I didn't realise how spread out everything was in the country. I'd recommend renting a car right outside Paris and drive out to the country. Driving outside Paris is very easy, and the highways are excellent. There's plenty of clean rest stops (many with gas stations, cafes/ cafeterias).
When I was planning our trip, I was apprehensive about renting a car. Not just the cost, but the fact our French was limited. The cost wasn't as bad as I thought and we found our way just fine. Plus, with the car, we were on our schedule, not the train or bus schedule.
