We will be traveling by train from Narbonne, France to Barcelona Franca Rail Station and need public transportion to BCN Airport. Any suggestions?

You can see a map of the Barcelona "Cercanias" suburban rail network at http://www.renfe.es/cercanias/barcelona/mapa_zonas.html. You can get a suburban train from Franca to Sants or El Prat de Llobregat and change there to a train to the airport. All those routes run pretty frequently. It may be better to change at Llobregat as Sants is the main city station and might be a bit confusing.
