I will be in San Tropez France with my 3 daughters. We will have a rental car. They have to be at Provance airport in Marseille with their plane leaving at 1:30 PM. I have to catch a train in Marseille at 8:18AM. Any suggestions on how I can make this easy? Thanks

Can one of the daughters drive the rental car? Where do you return the car? Have your daughters drop you at the train station then they can return the rental car and make their way to the airport.

Yes my daughters are older and can drive. Car is dropped off at the train station in Marseille. Problem is there is 5 hours between plane and train. 2 hour drive to Marseille from Saint Topez. Wondering if there is a train, airport ect at Saint Topez that they could get later if i take the car as I need to leave very early to catch that 8 o'clock train. Thanks

Your daughters can take a bus from St Tropez to St Raphael - then catch the train from there to the Marseille airport. The bus is about 1.5 hours then the train is about 2 hrs. The only train that would work for them get them to the airport at 11:19am - but it leaves St Raphael at 8:23 am - they would need a bus to get them to St Raphael before this. Based on these times it would really be easiest for them to go to the Marseille train station with you and take a train from there to the airport. They could kill some time at either the airport or near the train station in Marseille.
