I haven't heard of Crans Montana, but using the Bahn website, as explained in the sticky above under FAQs, it looks like train from Venice to Milan, an hour in Milano Centrale station, train to Brig, 12 minutes to change trains in Brig (easy station to change in), train to Sierre, a 6 minute walk then a cable car up the mountain. Total of something over 6 and a half hours. I can't see how plane or bus would be any easier. From Montana to London you could fly from Geneva. Trains would be: Cable car then 6 minute walk then train from Sierre to Geneva. There you could continue the 10 minutes to the airport, or 17 minutes to change trains to the TGV to Gare de Lyon in Paris, cross Paris (or spend a day there) 95 minutes to get there including the mandatory 30 minute check-in at Gare du Nord for the Eurostar, then Eurostar to London. If you catch the 6:50 am cable car you could be walking out of St Pancras station in London by 4:36pm. I can't see how bus would be better.
