I heard that train tickets to Munich during Oktoberfest are double (about 200 euros). However, I haven't found anything that confirms this on various web-sites or readings. Does anyone know if this is true?

Not true! Depending upon the type of train taken, fares shown on bahn.de for this week are €84, €94, and €119.
Entering a date in early October produced the same fares. Better yet, booking now at bahn.de for an October date is far enough in advance to get you a Dauer-Spezial fare of €29. Click on "Internat. Guests" to view the site in English.
