Could someone tell me if there is a real human being manning the ticket window at the CDG airport SNCF train station. I don't mean the RER or metro but the real trains. We can't use the automatic kiosks or print our tickets at home because we have vouchers to use and have to interact with a flesh and blood ticket seller at the station.
Bets, As I recall, there are two different ticket offices at CDG, one for local trains and one for TGV trains. There ARE "real people" staffing these, but in my experience there are usually LONG queues which is why I prefer to use the ticket machines. As you'll need to use your Vouchers, I'd suggest leaving lots of time for your connection as you may have to wait in line for awhile. You can get further information by having a look at This Website. Happy travels!
