Need to get the train from Zurich to Bern after our flight from the US. Do we need to purchase the ticket online from the US or will we be able to get a decent price at the airport train station? Its pretty expensive anyway, hate to spend any more money if I should go ahead a buy it now.

Zurich Airport to Bern is a short journey; just over an hour via a direct train. Purchase tickets at the airport train station after you land. If you are going to be using the train a lot during you stay in Switzerland, one of the various Swiss Passes can save you a lot of money. Click the "railpasses" tab above for more info.

We're only go to Bern and back to Zurich. Probably not enough time to utilize a ride into the mountain scenic areas.
