How long is the train ride from Salzburg to Hallstatt? I cannot find it in the train schedule. Is that because it is just a small local train? We leave on June 15...thanks for your help!

It's 45 minutes from Salzburg to Attnang Puchheim where you will transfer to another train. About 1:15 from Attnang Puchheim to Hallstatt. About 2:25 total time. Go to www.bahn.de and click on Internat Guests. Enter Salzburg HBF and Hallstatt, the date and your age and up pops all the time schedules for that day.
