My ship docks at LeHavre early on Sunday 2 september.I plane to buy My train tickets online Is there a shuttle from the harbor to the train station or taxis. Any other suggestions?

Don Are you coming off a cruise? My friend who is doing this got all the arrangement done with the ship.

Buses. They're run by the port authority and will be waiting when you come off the ship. If you decide to hump it, it's about a mile and a half.
