What is the easiest and/or least expensive way to get from CDG to Lazare train staion.

RER B from DeGaulle to Gare du Nord. Switch to RER E at Magenta (Magenta is in the Gare du Nord building, just follow the signs to Magenta from the Gare du Nord stop.) Gare St. Lazare is the next stop on the RER E line.

Lew, You can also get there via Metro. I can provide info on the route if you're interested. The RER route suggested in the previous reply is probably the easiest one to take. When you arrive at Hausmann-St. Lazare, there will be a short walk to get to Gare St. Lazare. Happy travels!
