Train Advice Needed

My wife and I will be traveling for 3 weeks in Germany, Austria, and the Czech Republic. I'm having trouble figuring out the best way to buy the train/bus rides we need. I've targeted some of the specific trains we'd like but not all. Here is what we have:

7/20 - mid afternoon train from Munich to Mayrhofen (1531)

7/22 - bus from Mayrhofen to Schlegeis

7/25 - bus from Schlegeis to Mayrhofen, then mid afternoon train to Salzburg

7/27 or 7/28 - train from Salzburg to Hallstatt

7/30 - train from Hallstatt to Cesky Krumlov

8/1 - train from Cesky Krumlov to Prague

8/4 - train from Prague to Munich

How can I determine the best way to purchase all of these?

Thanks.

Just a quick clarification of a typo....Autrian national railways is at oebb.at. In the Czech Republic, buy the local tickets while there...get the return to Munich on line to see if you can get a deal....possibly as low as 29 Euro, with tickets you can print out at home.

At 13:42 there is a regional train (RE30019) from the Munich Hbf to Kufstein with a train change in Rosenheim. It gets to Kufstein at 15:03. You could use a €28 Bayern-Ticket for these legs. You would have 17 min to purchase an Austrian Rail ticket from Kufstein to Mayrhofen (16:54) with a change in Jenbach. Tickets are €13,40 pP from Austrian Rail. You could also get the Kufstein to Mayrhofen ticket in Munich from German Rail, but it would cost €15,60 pP.

Neither ÖBB nor the Bahn recognize Schlegeis as a stop. If there is a bus, you can pay the driver.

For Mayrhofen to Kufstein, €13,40 pP, then another Bayern-Ticket to Salzburg.

It's more direct, and sometimes faster to take a bus from Salzburg to Bad Ischl and the bus or train from there to Hallstatt, but the least expensive way for two is with a €28 Einfach Raus ticket purchased at the Salzburg Hbf and train all the way.

The €29 pP connection from Prague to Munich is via an express bus to Nürnberg and an ICE to Munich. Tickets require at least a 3 day advance purchase, are date and train specific, non-refundable as of the day of travel, and start at €29 per person. It takes just over 5 hours.

There are also all-rail routes from Prague to Munich that take under 6 hours. You need to purchase a Bayern-Böhmen-Ticket for that day while you are still in Germany. It costs €33 and is valid for both of you. Also buy local Czech Rail tickets from Prague to Pilsen (about €5,70 pP) and use the Bayern-Böhmen-Ticket to Munich.

Thanks for all the quick input. Looks like I have some more research to do to understand it all.
