i am traveling alone mid sept in Barcelona and feel more comfortable being part of a tour, mostly walking type. I want to go to the Dali Museum and a night Flamenco show as well as a city Gaudi tour. Can someone reccomend an agency. I am only in Barcelona for 3 full days.
Suzanne
Suzanne, we did the Fat Bike tour this June. It was 4 hours of fun and interesting info. You hit up all of the hilites. You just show up at the appointed time, they put together a small group, and off you go. Many of us had not been on a bike for years, (I'm 65) but we still had no problems. Go to their web site and check it out. We were advised to see the Flamenco show at Los Tarantos, but missed it. It's only 6Euros for a 30 minute show in a small, intimate club. It's in Placa Reial right off La Rambla. Here is the websitefor more info; http://www.masimas.com/en/tarantos
The TI is on the south east corner of the Placa De Catalunya (top of Ramblas) is the starting point for a number of excellent and cheap walking tours. It is also where the hop on/off buses start/end.
Hi Suzanne, I've used Viator for tours in Europe before and they have several walking tours in Barcelona. Also, I will actually be in Barca September 21 - 25 (not sure of your dates) on my own if you want to grab a tapa and some wine one day let me know. Vickie
