Has anyone had a great tour guide while in Lisbon for two days?

Other travelers have suggested phoning a local tourist agent when you arrive in Lisbon to ask about a guide.
If you dont get good advice on this page, I would want someone who knows about them to recommend one to me.

When we were in Lisbon we purchased tickets for the hop on hop off bus. We went down to the main plaza (can't remember the name) and bought tickets and got on the bus there. We found it the most economical way to see such a large city (full of SO many hills), get the history and jump off when we were interested in seeing something.
