What is there to see in Toulouse? Any recommendations on hotels, area of town to stay in?
If you are interested in aerospace, the AIRBUS factory is the obvious sightseeing destination. There are plenty of reasonable hotels near the centre - check out BOOKING.COM. The Canal du Midi starts there, which is also worth a stroll.
