Tossa de Mar to the Girona Airport - can I book a shuttle? taxi?

I might need to get to the Girona Airport by 1:50 p.m. this summer to catch a FrogBus to Perpignon. I will be in Tossa de Mar, and need to get to the Girona Airport. Any ideas on how to get from Tossa to Girona timely? Would a 45 minute ride in a taxi be expensive? Shuttles go from Girona to Tossa, but how about the other direction?
