Does anyone have any suggestions on where to stay in Toledo. I've checked a couple of the places in the book, but they require a two night stay (for the dates we'll be visiting), we'll only be able to stay one night. Thanks!

We stayed one night at the Parador Toledo and it was fabulous!! It is outside the walls overlooking the town and the views are to die for!! Great service and a good restaurant.

Here's another vote for the Parador. It's one of the most memorable places we've stayed in.

just got back from spain in mid march. i stayed at La Posada de Manolo near the cathedral in toledo. awesome place, great staff. not sure about the minimum stay though. also breakfast included, rare in spain and 10% rick steves discount. cool.

Another enthusiastic vote here for La Posada de Manolo (and with Jeff's votes, that makes 3 ;).
Wonderful place, oozing with charm, comfy, great service, I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. We only stayed one night (October 2008), wished we could have stayed one more but we were very glad for our one night there. Magical place.
