I am driving to Munich Airport from Regensburg, Germany. I have driven there before, and I believe I parked in lot 41. Then took the bus to Terminal 2. Do you have any tips for getting to parking? I remember there were some turns and signs and I am not sure I can easily repeat the route. I think Lot 41 is about 60€ for 10 days. Is this where you would recommend I should park or is there a comparable and more convenient place to park?

I think if I lived in Regensburg, instead of paying €60 to park at the airport, I would buy a Bayern-Ticket Single for €21 (€42 RT) and take the train to Freising Bhf and the bus from there to the airport. The bus lets you off between the terminals. ETA: Actually, the price of a Bahn-Ticket from Regensburg to Freising is only €17,40. Add to that €2,50 for the bus ticket, €19,90 total, instead of the Bayern-Ticket for €21,-.
