Just arrived in Cordoba. Unsure about tipping in taxi and restaurants. Assume it's round up to next Euro but not sure. PLEASE HELP.

Exactly that. Nothing is expected, a local will give very little or nothing.
If you truly mean restaurant and where they are used to tourists there might be more expectation.
