I am trying to reserve tickets for the Zarzuela in Madrid for early July. The only place online that I found sells tickets only for the next week or so. Does anyone know of an online address where I can purchase ticket now for early July?

Try servicaixa.com. I don't see anything yet in July, but it looks like you can buy tickets more than just a week in advance.

We were in Madrid in late June last year. I unsuccessfully tried to buy Zarzuela tickets in advance. Once we were in Madrid I went to the theatre a few days before the performance and had no trouble getting good tickets. It was well worth seeing.

I purchased tickets at the door the night of the performance, no problems. However, that was in March, not July.
It was a great experience!
