I am trying to get tickets to Alhambra in Granada, our hotel will only book the guided tour. I looked in the Rick Steve's book and online, when you book with alhambra tickets where do you pick up the tickets and is there a better way??

Book tickets and tour time at wwww.servicaixa.com . Pay using a credit card that you will also have with you when you reach the Alhambra. They will email you a confirmation with reference numbers, etc. When you get to the Alhambra there is a machine near the entrance where you can insert your credit card and your tickets are issued to you.
I understand that if you are in Granada the previous day you may be able to go and pick up your tickets early. Also, some say that if you are not satisfied with the tour time they offer you, you can cancel the booking before you pay, restart the proceedure and you may get a time you like better.
Cost = 13Euros per ticket, vat included.
