Three days in Vienna

Hofburg Palace, Schloss Schonbrunn, trip up the Danube (see Rick's book), evening at the opera/ballet. Museums if you're in to art. Cathedral. General wandering around. Pick a cafe to hang out in - I liked the Griensteidl.

Schonbrunn, yes. The full treatment. But then skip the Hofburg - except for the treasury. It's much of the same, only much less. Enjoy it from the outside. A walk in the Stadtpark. Vienna at night, so beautiful. Every church I popped into was lovely, each very different. And of course, the cathedral, Stephansdom.
