Three day wait for Swiss Pass?

Trying to purchase a Swiss Pass rail pass, and it looks like I need to get it more than 3 business days before I arrive. Can I buy one at the Geneva airport that starts working on the same day? Help! I leave in a day!

Of course you can buy it in Geneva when you arrive. If not at the airport then at the train station. You'll get a free train ticket to take you from the Airport to Geneva's Main Train Station.
