I just visited the Pont du Gard aqueduct in mid February 2011. The parking fee if you park at the main visitor's center is now an unbelievable 15 Euro! However, I think there is another place to approach the bridge either "droite or gauche" that might cost less, but I am not sure. (It maybe cost the same. I'm not sure.) I ended up parking a half mile away and taking my backpack with me(because I was afraid someone might break into my car); however, in the summer I doubt this would be an option. You'd probably be towed.
