Tea at Le Grand Colbert Paris

I will be traveling with a friend who wants to visit Le Grand Colbert for afternoon tea. I reviewed the website and the prices are listed for some menus but not for afternoon tea (maybe I missed it). What should I expect for price and are reservations required for tea? Thanks!

Hi Barbara, Not sure of the prices for afternoon tea - but when I was in Paris in March, we went to the Le Grand Colbert for lunch. It was very reasonably priced (I thought) for the menu. We arrived shortly after 11 am and were glad that we did - we managed to get in without reservations and within about 15 minutes the place was filling up and tables being reserved for call in reservations. The lunch "menu" was approximately 20 euros for the main course and fantastic Baba dessert. The diet coke was outrageous though (we should have had a glass of wine instead). I know it is not the answer you really needed, but I'd also recommend trying them for lunch. Jeanette
