Taste of Florence type tour in Paris??

I visited Florence last year and went on the Taste of Florence tour and absolutely loved it. I was wondering if anybody knew of a food tour like that in Paris.

I'm not familiar with Taste of Florence, but I'm guessing it is a foodie tour.

In Paris, Paris Walks (www.paris-walks.com) occasionally offers food walks. Also, Context Travel as some foodie type walks (www.contexttravel.com). I have taken 8 or 9 walks (although not food) with Paris Walks. I have not taken a tour with Context Travel.

Both Le Cordon Bleu and Cook'n with Class offer cooking classes that include a market walk. I've taken classes with both of them. I particularly enjoyed the Cook'n with Class cooking classes. Their website is www.cooknwithclass.com.

David Lebovitz, an American food writer who lives in Paris, has a great blog with foodie tips for Paris. Check out

Enjoy Paris. If you don't get to go on a formal tour, you might try going to the Bastille Market along Richard Lenoir. It is on Sunday (and another day during the week). Lots of amazing food.

You can also try "Edible Paris". You have the option of a personally guided tour, or having someone put together an itinerary based on foods that you like.
