Hello, We are travelling from Tarifa to Arcos by public transit (no car) in September. What is the best route to follow. Thanks

Although we travelled by car my suggestion is to ask at the bus station upon arrival as to best connections. I would not be surprised that you may have to go to Jerez or Cadiz then to Arcos. Sorry I could not be of more help.

Not my part of Andalucia but I think you will -
Tarifa to Cadiz with T G Comes and Cadiz to Arcos with Los Amarillos - a 'google' should find the websites.
