Tarifa Spain Car Rental

I am looking to visit Tarifa Spain this summer. I plan to rent a car in Seville, drop it in Tarifa & take the ferry to Tangier. I cannot locate a car company that allows a drop in Tarifa. Any ideas?

You'd have to use Algeciras which is ten or fifteen miles away. There are bound to be frequent buses between the two.
