has anyone had problems with Tap airlines changing the flight and not notifying them. We were on a flight from Lisbon to Seville. No one was interested in helping us get another flight or telling us the reason why we were not told of the change from 2 PM to 7 AM. by e-mail or when we called to check two days before our flight.
We are also #1 Gold Card holders for Hertz Car Rentals and feel they were taking advantage of the difficulty people were having flying and were charging absorbaant amount to rent a car. They wanted E 1,100 drop off charge from Lisbon to Seville. Plus the cost od the car rental. You wouild think they would help people instead of the high cost they were making people pay.
